Terms and Conditions for Walton Cat Sitting

1. Introduction

  • Welcome to Walton Cat Sitting. Using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Services Provided

  • We offer professional cat sitting services in your home, ensuring your cat(s) receive the care and attention they need while you are away. Our services include feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, and general care.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • 50% of the payment is required at the start of the sitting and 50% at the end.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to their property for the booking duration, including keys, gate fobs or access codes.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from access issues.

5. Health and Safety

  • We require all cats to be up-to-date with vaccinations and in good health. Any health issues must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • In a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you are unreachable, we will seek veterinary care at your expense.

6. Liability

  • We are fully insured and DBS checked. However, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by your cat(s) during the service period.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to your property caused by your cat(s).

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

  • Any information provided to us will be used solely to provide our services.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions anytime. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
